A partnership between Merricks Creek Estuary Watch Group and Melbourne Water was recognised with a Heritage Award from the National Trust and Mornington Peninsula Shire Council on Friday 22nd September. The Awards are a partnership between the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council and the National Trust to recognise those in the community who have demonstrated excellence in retention, restoration and reuse of heritage places on the Peninsula. Congratulations to our EstuaryWatch volunteers who have contributed 6335 observations from estuaries across Victoria since 2007.
